Hello I bought your theme and I have already spend a lot of time trying to make it work.
As many other posts said, when clicking on the menu, the pages are not scrolling down.
    In your answers you mention:
    – please install the latest version -> done
    – please follow the installation instruction -> done

But it still does not work!

Can you please advise where we have to look to try to solve this issue.

    Second comment:
When you say that the theme is fully responsive, how can it happen that the title for example on the first page can only be seen on large screens?
On all smaller screens the text cannot be read.

    Thank for your help too.

    Hello,

you aren’t using the one page mode, for this reason the pages aren’t scrolling down. Please, active the one page mode in the Customizer.

The Theme is fully responsive, but some adaptions can be necessary. You can change the title or reduce the dimension through custom CSS.

I remain at disposal for further assistance.

    Best Regards.

  3. OK thank you and where is it in the Customizer ?
I checked the entire documentation but there is nothing mentioned about this setup.
Ok thank you for adaptation but its definitively time consuming, I thought that I had found a easy to implement template.
Thank you for your fast answer on the configuration one page mode.

  4. RavenBlueThemes

The Customizer is integrated with WordPress, visible on the top admin bar.

I remain at disposal for further assistance.

    Best Regards.

  5. Dear RBWebDesign, Sorry to tell you that you claim having a user manual and support. But in fact its not a support its just a series of useless answers, which all sound the same.
I have asked you where is the setting in the Customiser and you explain me where to find the customiser.
I wasted already so much time with your theme!
I give up using your template and reclaim my money back!
Thank you for indicating me the procedure of getting my money back.

Sorry, but I didn’t understand your question. That option isn’t in the Customizer, but if you follow the Documentation and you import correctly the demo data, the one page mode works.

Please, go to “Settings > Reading” and set HOME as the Front page.

I remain at disposal for further assistance.

    Best Regards.

  7. Hello,

Hope you are well. I love the theme but have a few issues:

    1. How can I add a second logo so when you scroll down it changes? it’s impossible to have one logo that works on a dark background and on a white one. Is there code for this?

    2. In the Main Top section, my featured text is not centered. I can send a screenshot if it’s help.

    3. In the Services section, the first 4 services line up but then there is gaps and the other 4 are spread out and not in a row. I can also send a screenshot.

    4. I really want to link to my Instagram as it’s one of the most popular social media pages. Is there any way to add this?

Thanks very much for your help.

    Hello,

    thank you for purchasing!

Here the replies to your questions:

    1) You can’t add a second logo, unless you edit the Theme.

    2) You can centered the text through custom CSS.

    3) This can depend by the text length. Anyway you can change the padding through custom CSS.

    4) You can add the link of your Instagram account wherever you want. If you want add it in the footer, you have to edit the Theme and add the Instagram box.

I remain at disposal for further assistance.

    Best Regards.

  9. I just cannot get this theme to work, I install it and install the demo content (which to be honest is disappointing and does not leave the theme looking like the demo which I would expect) so i try to construct on my own. Why don’t any of the menus work? I am experienced with wordpress but I chose this as a simple easy to set up theme which it is not. I would prefer my money back

  10. Further, I have reinstalled it a couple of times and get a better result in that the pages are there, but then I click say ‘services’ in the main menu, it loads it below the orange arrow but does not slide to it to display.

  11. I have Freedom fully installed but the menu does not work from page to page, its just stays stuck on the home page, if there is a furl url it loads below the arrow if only an anchor # then it does not load… is this because of https/ssl or some other reason

  12. RavenBlueThemes

    Hello,

    thank you for purchasing!

The Theme is easy to setup. Please, follow the documentation to import the demo data and setup it correctly.

Please, be sure to also respect all the minimum requirements described in the documentation.

I remain at disposal for further assistance.

    Best Regards.

  13. What would be a reason for this fail, is it JS, or something else? As I have previously said if the link from the menu is for example https://www.charitycatchup/services than the page section is loaded but the site stays on the home page, you can scroll to the loaded services page but it does not do this automatically. If the link on the menu is just #services or charitycheckup/#services the page does not load at all or just the blog loads. Please advise.

  14. Ok, I finally got it: all the links MUST be #links, the home page MUST be static. That probs needs to go into the documentation.

  15. The website URL doesn’t work.

The documentation includes the setup instructions. If you want a one page website like the demo, you have to set the homepage as static page (from “Reading Settings”), like described in the documentation:

I quote from the documentation: After you’ve created and published the page which you want to use as your static front page, navigate to “Settings > Reading” in your WordPress dashboard, set your just newly created page (e.g. HOME) as Front page and save your settings correctly.

Obviously the links in the menu must contain the anchor with the correct element, according the page name.

I remain at disposal for further assistance.

    Best Regards.

  16. I understand now but the layout to me looked like an option if you didn’t import the demo content, which I did. It was only after that i realised you could import the demo content and needed to do this…my bad. My problem now is the privacy page which I can’t add to a menu as it won’t link to it. is there a way to over come this?

  17. Neither can I seem to add the blog page. I have created a new blog page called it articles, made a menu item with #articles as the link but it won’t work because the blog page does not appear in the full page set up. I have only done what is said in the set up documentation and no more. The privacy page which comes from wordpress is not accounted for in the one page set up so there is no way to easily link to it given the present code.
